Prototype facial-recognition framework for drone-based operations: missing-person search, crowd monitoring at large public events, and (later) access control at a small number of infrastructure sites. The framework identifies individuals with acceptably equivalent accuracy across demographic groups. We want eidence to isolate that effect from bias already present in the classifier.
